Medical Massage Through Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy -   PDMT is the comprehensive foundation for corrective massage. Pfrimmer is a clinical process that starts with intake, includes assessment, and ends with a corrective paradigm that addresses all of the major complexes of the body. Pfrimmer corrects muscle damage resulting from structural imbalance, disease, surgery, inflammation, repetitive stress and more. www.pfrimmer.com

Myofascial Release Is a hands on manipulation designed for healing and the relief of pain and stiffness. Fascia is a complex supportive web throughout the body connecting all components of the musculoskeletal, nervous and visceral systems. It surrounds not only the whole muscle but, the individual fibers and our internal organs. The therapist’s application of pressure and stretches to connective tissue, or fascia, that encase muscles throughout the body is designed to break up, or release constrictions allowing improved mobility and flexibility.

Trigger Point Therapy - The therapist will follow a specific protocol of rehabilitation, designed to produce the most efficient and long-lasting results. This treatment includes locating and eliminate spasms, hyper-contraction and trigger points from the soft tissues. The therapist will restore postural alignment, proper biomechanics or movement patterns and restore flexibility to increase blood flow to the tissues and rebuild strength of the injured, weak, and/or atrophied tissues.
